Home Made Grills

Post by halloween »

Offended at the thought of spending around £55 + postage on a pair of grills for the Power Major....

One cardboard template, one old screen from some washing plant, a slitting disc on the grinder, some Fordson Orange and a couple of hours later....

I think they quite look the part :D

Thanks Salvador.

I know some purists will argue about the colour, but I had the orange in my shed!

If you need grills (chaff screens) to keep bits out of your radiator, on a working tractor, thats fine. If you are restoring the tractor to be like an original I would pay the £55!
