After most of the rebuild was done, the tractor was coupled to a pto driven crop drying fan to "bed in " the engine.
The headlights were an original pair into which we fitted new innards. The paint inside the bowls was perfect and used as a test match for various supplier's Empire Blue. We used NH's paint which was closest to colour and was a dream to spray. The wheels were painted in NH's Howard Rotavator Orange - there is no official Fordson orange colour available .
