3L14 .... 1963 .. October .. 14th
4A17 ... 1964 .. January .. 4th
4A15 (6) ... 1964 .. January 15th, Don't know where the six came from, might just have seemed a long month.
Engine Number confirms January 1964 towards the end of the month.

53.7 HP.

What sort of hp does a power major engine kick out

Its in the stickies at the top of this forum, around 51hp. The Power and the early Super's were the same.
