Weight of super major diesel engine

Well, I've got the engine out of my super major, blimey does it weigh a lot. All the ancilliaries are off I've just got to take the clutch and flywheel off so that I can get to the crank and bearings. Just out of interest does anyone know if the engine is light enough to go on one of the heavy weight engine stands? - One of the ones that will take 340kg. The head is off the engine and I really need to get to the bottom of it and thought the stand would be a good idea but am now uncertain over the weight of the engine.
