Hi all, still playing with the major and finding more things I have no idea about.
Theres a couple of levers, one on the left that goes to the front but is not attached to anything, and one on the right which I haven't moved as it seems quite stiff and I don't know what it does?????

Nice toy isn't it?

The lever on the left is the adjuster of the shutter at the front of the radiator.
The long horizontal lever on the right is the high/low lever. Up is low gear and down is high gear.
The short one is the throttle lever.

There doesn't seem to be shutters at the front of mine, are they important ?

High and Low gears for all 6 ?

Would that mean high 6 is best for road use ?

No you only have six gears, 1st, 2nd and 5th in the low range and 3rd, 4th and 6th with the lever in high range. The diference between 1st and 3rd is the main lever stays in the same position but 1st is in Low and 3rd is in High range.
