Hi,
Can anyone tell me if a Power Major Footbrake Anchor Lock Handle is the same as on a major diesel...

I would think they will match.

They are the sme from 1952 to November 1960 according to the parts book.

After November 1960 there is no part number for the handle so I suspect that they changed the brake pawl but left the handle the same again.
