Qualitrol selector lever - Pictures needed

I have purchased a 1964 new performance super major. It needs work! I have noticed that the Qualitrol selector lever is missing. I am presuming that things like this are not readily available so I may have to get my files out and make one. Can anyone post some pictures of theirs (the lever) on the computor. I strategically placed ruler would be good.

Have you tried to find a 2nd-hand one? Try Malcoln Hipperson - he's not a million miles from you?
