She looks like a viable project if there is nothing much wrong with it other than tyres and tin. This does seem to happen often with tractors. A well known U.K Magazines had a few different tree pictures.

A guy I know has some green and yellow thing with a cut off tree through the hitch where he removed it from the farm. The owner said it ran good when it was parked too , Its a 2 ft trunk .
