Someone has removed the top link bracket and rocker mechanism. Even worse, an implement has been attached directly to the draft control linkage.
The photos below show what should present, with a few minor differences. As you can see, with a plough attached you enter just one pin for the top link to pivot on and to transfer draft to the draft control linkage (the bottom hole is the right one for most soil conditions). In the second photo, where there is no require for the draft control mechanism to operate, as with operating a cultivator or in this case a crane, two pins should be inserted to isolate the draft control linkage so as to protect it from unnecessarily high loading.
Best
Adrian

Nice pics, but it seems like you have just overdone it in the last pic...
But, what's worse? accidentally hooking up a dead weight in a crane fixed to the hydraulic lift, or buying a roadless super major whose former owner broke both the rocker and the yoke.?
That makes me think what the owner hooked up to the rocker

The crane was new in the picture. This was a test lift to see where the limits lie. Clearly the weight here was beyond them.

You have a different system to the one in Adrian's pictures. Adrian's is a New Performance with Double Acting Draft control which has a different yoke set up, yours just screws into the linkage.
Yours is pre 1963.
If the link has been damaged as your picture shows then I would take the lift off and check the internal linkage.

the lift was working fine .
i have screwed the linkage of and there is a big spring behind it .
i bought the roadless from a guy that workt whit it in the tulips ,he had a forklift on the back.
and the owner before that workt whit the tractor drilling wells for water .
but i still missing the 2 parts now .
that the tractor pre 63 is i know the engine is from 57 i think . so i committed a crime making the wheels white/grey ?

Only 10 years for Orange Grills? Time off for good behaviour then?
There is a chap that comes to Meddo with loads of spare parts, Emiel might come in and tell you his name, if not PM him. He knows where he has his breakers yard.
