If you copy and paste the "IMG" line from Photobucket it works.

You need to put the return in through the filler cap but do not use a quick release type or any other type of coupling without modification. There is a back pressure in the couplings that could also be causing your other problems. The best method is to dismantle the coupling and take out all the inside of both the male and female parts. this will give you a free flow return.

Thanks Brian that is where i have got a large dump pipe going to for the splitter now was hoping to use another port instead of having to keep unscrewing the filler cap.
Is there any other point on the super major to put as a return.
Thanks Mike

Brian meant for you to drill a hole in the filler cap and install the coupling in the cap, so everything becomes one part.

I will see if i can find a piece to screw it to the filler cap hole before drilling holes in the cap.
I understand what you are saying and see what you mean and if i can find the right bit it will work fine.
Thanks guys.

I screwed a fitting into the filler cap opening on my PM, works fine.Image

The filler hole was a tapered thread so I had to tap it with a parallel tap, I think it was 1 1/2" UNC
