Power major head gasket
I'm nearing the end of my engine rebuild, I was wondering what every body thinks I have a copper gasket and a composite one, what would of been fitted to the power major from new? And which seals the best any advice appreciated

						Re: Power major head gasket
Both are equally as good as each other and far better than the original gasket fitted to the Power Major which was little more than a piece of shim steel.

If it were my tractor I would fit the composite gasket as this was the version used on the Super Major and in my opinion, gives better sealing characteristics, but as I said, that is my preference and either is good.
