funny problem w/my fordson

this year I went to do hay making at the normal time. I have some rather strange neighbors one of whom claims she doesn't like competition yet she is the worlds worst there is at farming, well up until I had started hay making my 2 fordsons, one a new major who you folks dated for me last year had been starting & running perfectly, anyway to make a long story short, while hay making some trouble maker here DR'd my new majors tank of diesel fuel, after that it wouldn't run until I had it worked on with diesel fuel all drained-new filters, replacement injectors and all except for the injector pump, I have finally been able to send a sample of fuel off to be tested however after repairs said tractor is slower starting and since then also chokes the operators nasal passages up real bad plus the engine does not sound right even now with lower high end RPMs than before plus the connecting shaft to the injector pump broke soon after repairs and my mechanic thinks that may be because of the DR'd fuel from earlier this year, any idea on how to get it back to how it should be? I should also state that the fordson was running perfect before that and never put out whatever it is that blocks up ones sinus cavity until it was messed with and even now it pops some when running esp near low idle and would love some input on how to resolve this........about now a month to 6 weeks ago my super major seems to have been attacked as well with a lesser volume of whatever it was that the new major was hit with mid summer this year as it has become slower starting and is now popping some much like the new major did earlier this year
