Hi

I am after the size of the woodruff key, that secures the throttle lever to the throttle control rod. This is between the dashboard and steering wheel on a super major.

Sorry not to have answered earlier. I make them out of flat washers and have done for many years.

Get a flat washer that fits in the grove and just trim the side off. Then file down to fit.

Field repair when you have dropped the damn key in the mud/stubble/slurry etc.
