Am I seeing things or does this look narrow in the back axle?

Peter, look like a DIY/ backyard job,with rear wheels with max offset, turned inwards and guards moved in.Front axle looks like a modified standard Dexta rather than a narrow Dexta (look at the steering arms)running on 19 inch front wheels. 
 (Feels like "Beer" o clock up here.Monteiths in the fridge.)TSG.
