OIl feed to camshaft

Post by Chris Ivin »

Has anyone had to replace the oilfeed to the camshaft?

Mine is leaking, it does not seem to be a standard item offered by the main parts suppliers. Any suggestions where I can get one made up?

hi
is it a standard perkins part ????

i guess one can be made with brake pipe and fittings ..... is it just olives on the ends , or flared pipe ..
Some mornings I wake up grumpy, but most mornings I let her sleep in.

Indeed it is tom, i had to make one, as i snapped my one  , i used some 3/16 copper brake pipe and olives. However remember to keep the two existing ends which screw onto the threads.
Oh yay, look, another seized bolt! Lets get a hammer.....and some kano.....and some cider!
