mornin all

seen a TS 59 E 2 furrow for sale will this suit my s dexta ?
complete with depth wheel but no skim arms .
or is it more major size ?

I'm not an expert, perhaps one will be along
But think TS59 was designed for Major. Folk do use them on Dextas, but I think you really want a Robin, which was designed for the Dexta. Not cheap, but will hold its value.

TS59 will be OK with either YL or EPIC bodies. Discs and skimmers can be found new and s/h but are very expensive.

I have found my PM with EPIC bodies is a very good plough behind Dotty but its a bit shorter than the TS59. I have a Robin with EPIC bodies that I have yet to restore/repair. I am not a fan of 10" furrows on our land.

I have a TS59 with digger bodies and am looking for a skimmer on a leg rather than mounted on the disc. I have one but have not found another yet. This plough would be way too big for a Dexta.

is there a database of what the ransomes model numbers meen ??

may be just me but i find it all confusing .
is that part of a fordson web site thingy or are ramsome implements sepperate really ??
