Bonnet Handle Rubbers

Post by Spoots1 »

Hi Guys,

I'm a newbie to this forum, hoping to get some help.
Got a 63 New Performance Super Dexta that I've been restoring for some time, am nearing the finshing line but have a few little parts to locate. Does anyone know where I can purchase bonnet handle rubbers, I have tried all the well know parts suppleirs ie Agriline,Dunlop etc, searched online through most uk parts sites, I found them on emmark's site but when I contacted them they told me they no longer supply them. Any ideas who else to try?

they normally come with the handles, however , you could make them out of truck mudflaps or if too thick, car flaps :D

Yeah I have seen the kit you get with new handles, I'm going to use the original handles as they are not to bad, making my own rubbers is looking like a good solution, Thanks.
