Petrol Dexta Numbers

Here are the numbers off the Petrol Dexta I was excited to find.
Serial...959E 85927
Engine...FPL1173E
Clutch...H9F
Gearbox..H1F
Rearend...F24F
L Axle...H12F
R Axle...H13F
Hyd cover...H8F
On the engine, behind the carb. and the lowest of 3 lines of casting digits, this motor has 9 5 61 with the flat screwdriver head screws on either side.
Might be a date code and yielding 9May/61 which would fit with the June/61 serial number and casting codes?
Anyone else have similar numbers cast in that area?
