Hi!
As my S/Dexta does not a have a tachometer installed I bought one and will try to install it... But: where do I need to connect the tachometer cable? As I don't have the old one I can not follow the old cable :(
Any one who know it?
Thx, George

hi
u meen the cable its self ?
one end screws on to the back of the injector pump (drivers end ), other end on the back of the tachometer dial / gauge , via though the back ,vertical steel plate(fuel tank mount, back of instroment panel ), mine had a large black plastic gromit that came on the cable ,hard to fit in the vertical tank mount .
cant remember if the both ends are the same thread , but i fitted my grommit from engine towards driver , looked neater , i think the cable fitter either way around ,also watch for the nice new clean greased cable sliding out of the sheath on to a dusty workshop floor

hope this helps
tom
