Has anyone out there got a bonnet prop that they would sell me, or failing that could someone take some measurements and do a quick sketch for me please?

Which one? Super dexta or standard?

I have a standard dexta which has had an engine change to a later super dexta engine and they fitted a super dexta bulkhead between the engine and battery area. The super dexta one is a little short bulkhead with a longer prop and a standard dexta has a higher bulkhead and shorter prop.
If you want a short standard dexta one you can have mine. It does not hold up the bonnet more than about 1/3rd open as I have a Standard and Super mismatch. I need to make a longer one.
