Lower linkage bolt right side broke off

Hello, Im in need for this forums expertice again 
Last time you helped me, the lazy hydraulic lifter arms were rejuvenated. As far as my uncle can remember, and he is old, the power lift has never been as strong as now.
However, a new problem has appeared. As he was plowing his small cabbage field, this happened:
The bolt in the picture, I believe they are called lower linkage bolts in english, broke right off. My norwegian retailer tells me that I need to order two new linkage bolts, but he cant tell me what nuts, washers, etc to get. He just tells me "remember to also order nuts" And the delivery time is 3 weeks
So my plan is to order spare parts from England myself as this would be way quicker, but I need help to get the parts names, including the extra nuts and accessories needed so Im not in a shortage of material when the mecanic arrives.
Has anyone encountered this problem before, and does anyone know what parts to get?
