When I was removing the water temperature sensor only the 'screw' part came off and part is still in the hole. No way to grab it with pliers or anything. Anybody a suggestion on how to remove it? Push it in and try to find it somewhere in the tubes? Try to force it out with a lever forced inside the system?

I had the same problem. I took a pin punch (http://static.gedore.net/module/objprod ... 8640_k.jpg) and hammered round the hole of the sensor. So the metal is flexed (google translate has no good word for me) and after a few minutes, the sensor was free and could be pulled out with a pliers.
