Super Dexta Hydraulic Settings

Hi all, can you advise me on setting the position and Qualitrol on my 64 Super Dexta. As I understand, I need a tool to lock the cross-shaft arms and a depth/slipper gauge. Has anyone got any pictures/tips or sizes of the tools to set the top cover up? I know about setting the big draft control spring.

I expect someone has asked this question before but if someone could point me towards the right thread it would be much appreciated.
