Can someone tell me if the throttle lever arm indicated below is held onto the friction lever 'axle' by means of a roll pin?

If so what size is the roll pin?

Gerald, I assume 1/8" - that's what the parts list says, but best to check hole size with a drill bit. Many thanks.
