Metal popping sound - front wheel

I was bushing hogging today and started hearing some loud metal popping sounds coming from my front right wheel. I'm going to jack it up in the morning and get a closer look. Has anyone replaced wheel bearings in front? If so - is this the symptoms you encountered as well?

Either wheel bearing or loose wheel. Easy enough done. An hour tops.

That is what I would suspect too. Now a question, has anyone found that the seal supplied in the bearing kits does not fit on the stub axle? Or has Dotty got a different stub axle.

Got the tractor jacked up and hit it a couple times with the air impact driver and tested her out.. no pops. The wheel must have been lose. Thanks for mentioning that!
