Looking at buying the Agriline Engine Overhaul Kit- Fully Finished Liner
What machining would it need with the fully finished liners? trying to keep it low cost

Don't bother with a fully finished liner, its pretty much impossible to fit one without distorting it and hence the recommended approach is to have liners fitted and bored to size.
