Seat info???

Hi all
(first time posting fotos so please bear with me)
One of the possible seats for the dexta I'm ressurecting is shown below
You can see the first repair (shiny piece), I'm looking to repair the 'holey' nose piece next.
See also the seat bracket, they do fit together well, but don't quite sit right
Here is a side view with a piece of wood to hold the seat up, I believe a large rubber doughnut can be fitted, however I'm not conviced this will work as the seat will tilt front face down at an angle instead of being horizontal????
Any advise please greatfully received? Or photos of working ones?
Finally is this a Dexta seat, or some alternate (dare I say the current seat looks like an 'F' grey one
