does anybody know if you can get the rubber bulb holders for the back lights on a dexta? if so where from?? cheers

I got mine through Ebay from Malcolm Hipperson. Can't find the address but i think he's in Norfolk. I got the whole fitting though, not just the rubbers. Hope this helps.

cheers for replys, it seems you can get all the bits for the lights except what i need i'll have to find an old pair that have had it and strip them or buy a new pair.

Just for your information.

When I installed the rear-lights and went to the technical inspection, they made one remark : rear lights are not correctly installed. They were at the original position but this is behind the rear axle and according to the belgian regualations : no white lights allowed behind the rear-axle ! This meant that I had to place the rear light exactly on top of the rear axle !!

My advice : check your country requirements on the lights to avoid getting troubles.

Now to my question. I have two complete lights except lenses and rubbers. Sadly the prices on agrilines page are made so that it does not matter if you buy just 4 rubbers and 4 lenses or two complete lights. The total amount is almost the same.



So I watched what they had on the other pages and found out that for example David Brown has a similar type of butler lights, but it's only 12 pounds (half price). They seem to be exactly the same type of lenses and rubbers, but the metal part is made to sit in the middle of the fender.

I could use the rubbers and lenses for my lights and sell the mid mounted metal part expensive to Belgium where they have stupid rules for old tractors. Anybody who has an idea if the lenses are the same? I guess Agriline will not answer this question. Picture of a David Brown with those headlights picked from google

Well, they are att 10£ already. As I also need the rubbers I wil rather wait until Emil has tested the MF35 ones and buy new complete ones for 12£ a pair.

Ebay is useless for things like this. People just get nuts when bidding.
