Does anyone know if the cab doors from a Ford 6600 would fit a TW35?

If they are the q cab doors they will fit but the mirrors are different and the handles are different cosmetically.
what wrong with yours.

The right side door is very rusty, I would probably end up with more weld than door. Are the handles etc interchangable?

The mirrors wont be much of a problem. Its just the mountings in a diffetent place but the handle will be more of a job as im sure where they are bolted on, the door is recessed in 2 places on the super q but the q only has 1 mounting. Still doable but a bit of cutting and welding.
