Hi,

Reading my current issue of Ford and Fordson tractors there's an article on the auction at the Newark Tractor show a few weeks ago where a front cowl, bonnet and two wings for a Fordson Major Diesel sold for £2300, someone with plenty of money!! a reasonable condition Major will only fetch about £1500.

Regards,

BarryT

One wonders if it's a Dutch auction, to give artificially high prices. Commonly goes on for champion rams, bulls etc. A bids for B's bull & vice versa
