after deep investigation of the above proposal we have following remarks and conclusion :
- It will be difficult driving out of the parking lot as the weels do not touch ground : Zero traction (even with the dif-lock engaged)
- getting into the driverseat is what we would call mountaineering
- checking water-level (supposed to be done every time you start) would drain the system
- filling up fuel : will not be according to EH&S rules.
- as the lift is single direction (only lifting) , the implement will for sure end up in the drivers neck.
- during the nights, the lightening would be insufficient to drive

no, this is no good idea to solve the issue of the lacking parking space .
