When I check internatinal machinery pges once in a while, I often find Ford 5000 tractors without front axles in Thailand

What is the reason? Where they just part a bigger machine?

would they be off rice picking machines etc. like old potatoe picking machines they used a skid unit of a tractor to sit on top of the picking machine.
