Undelivered parts

I recently ordered a starter solenoid for a dexta through vintage-tractor-solutions.co.uk (15 May). Despite several emails and phone calls (never answered) no solenoid has arrived. Have I been duped or can anyone verify I am dealing with a pucker company? My card was billed for the item the same day as ordered.
