Drop arm

My adjustable drop arm was stuck so after a liberal amount of oil and grease I tried to force it free. Of course the only result was that the lever now moves around very easily and nothing moves up and down. I found a replacement at agriline (4008 Drop Arm - Adjustable) but it looks very different (for starters no handle to break the internals with). Is this the right part? Is this a standard tractor part and might I dig up one locally and save me a lot of shipping cost?
