White smoke?

Post by Tracy »

The Fordson i bought originally didn't start. I found the problem in polluted diesel, the lack of a fuelfilter in the tank and a totally blocked fuelfilter. After cleaning and replacing it fired up right away, but it's emitting quite a lot of white smoke now. Is this normal or should i look for a reason for this?

To give you an idea, look at this http://youtu.be/plx3yVHDvpk

The white smoke could be un-burnt fuel or possibly a head gasket or valve. Your tractor is only running on three cylinders so this should be investigated without delay.
