Engine Rebuild - Gaskets

Hi there,

I now have all the parts to complete my Dexta engine rebuild which I am planning to do this weekend. This is my first engine rebuild and I want to do it right! I have a full gasket kit and I am just wondering if the paper and cork gaskets need any form of gasket sealer on the sealing surfaces or if they can just be left "dry".

wipe a small amount of grease over them. will help them seal.
