Re: how do i change the PTO seal?
Hmm..
dunno but half expect mine to pour oil out when I put in the correct amount of oil.
I will have a look in the manual.

The manual says to take out the bearing housing and shaft, remove the circlip and the bearing and shaft from the inside end. and then change the seal and rebuild.
You might be able to screw some wood screws into it and pull it out the back with a claw hammer although I am not sure if there is a lip seal inside and then a steel sheild on the outside which might need to be kept.
Looking at it there is a lot of oil above it so oil would pour out if not drained off or the tractor parked pointing down a very steep slope.

I found the manual online fairly easily.
The section of how to change that seal is in there.

Re: how do i change the PTO seal?
I had a thought in my mind last night.
I just had a look in the manual again.
If you pull the shaft out the back I am not sure if the sliding piece that puts the PTO 'in' or 'out' might drop into the bottom of the box and need the top cover taking off to rescue it.
Edit: It looks like if you put the lever in the PTO engaged position it holds the sliding piece in place
