New loom on a 1958 dexta

Hi all, i have just bought a new loom from agriline for my 1958 dexta and while rewiring i have a small problem. there is 5 wires in a group that go to the control box and the small yellow one is un accountable for. it goes to the gen lamp on the dash but according to the diagram i have it should go to the dynamo but i only have to going to the dynamo, one is the large yellow and white from the control box so am i right in thinking that both these wires need to be wired into the same spade and therefore the same lug on the control box! Hope this all make sense and hope someone can help!

Hi Stuart,

From your generator :-

Red/White from term "F" on generator goes to "F" on control box
Yellow/White from terminal "D" on generator goes to "D" on control box
Yellow from terminal "D" on generator goes to charge light on dash

go into the net , ask for dexta wiring loom , it will give you the electrical section of the dexta manual. if you stick to what it says , you will be spot on
