I converted my 59 Dexta from Alternator back to generator. I was re-wiring it with a new harness and noticed it shows to ground the positive battery cable and the ground cable goes to the starter solenoid. Is this correct, this is a first for me. I thought if you grounded the positive terminal that all hell would break loose. Please advise.
Thank you,
Randy

Re: Positive Ground Cable
Randy that is the way mine is wired. Positive ground and negative to the starter. I have to be careful every time I hook a meter or charger up to it.
