tie rod pins
has anyone replaced the tie rod pins, I've got new ones but they don't fit the holes in the ends of the rod, haven't tried the bushes yet but the old ones have worn as well as the pin but are still tight in both top and bottom hole of the rod if that makes sense

Re: tie rod pins
You need to ream the holes to size. Often the holes are also worn and this is the only way to take up the wear. Dandy Dave!
