Engine front mounting plate for Industrial Engine

Post by Kjetil »

Hi

I have an Industrial engine, s/n 554163, with an industrial typen front mounting plate.

I have seen some brackets that can be added to the front plate, that fits the tractor frame.

Anyone know if they can be purchased?

Alternatively having a drawing, so I can have someone to make a set.

Link shows photo of the right hand side bracket

Thanks for all help

Those are part nos 591E-6060C (RH) and 591E-6031C (LH). Can't really help you there, you could try to measure it off a tractor plate and this one. Early mid August 66 engine. You could always swap it with a tractor one too. This one is 591E-6030B, corresponding to E1ADDN-6030A.

Hi

Thanks for your response.

My engine is an diesel, so I belive it is an 592E.

The part nos you specified is for an 591E 4 cyl Petrol, but I assume they may be identical for both diesel and petrol.

Where did you find these part numbers?

Is a part list available for the industrial enginees?

Your engine is a 592E, but as you've already guessed many parts fit all of them, as is the case here. I've got a parts book (owner, September 63), hoping to find a dealer one soon (plus loads of other stuff!) and I sent Henk a copy, although he's a bit busy at the moment. Hope he gets there soon, there's a lot of extra stuff I've already got which will end up on the FFCN. A large proportion I've never seen at other times, just got it as it happened to be around, with really interesting details in all of it.
